John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Afraid? Anxious? Worried? Scared? Terrified? No matter what word you choose to describe your feeling: alcohol, drugs, eating, binge watching, music, etc. – only provides “peace” for a moment.
Jesus offers peace as a gift and it is a lasting and an unshakeable peace. It is a peace given to anyone who believes in Jesus and commits to making Him Lord and Savior of your life. Accept Him and know this peace.
