Psalm 107:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; His love endures forever.
Our love does not compare to God’s love. Many times we love people based on looks, personality, what they can do for us, their money, etc. But God’s love is different; it’s known as Agape love –selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love. A good description of this type of love is found in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
The most powerful example of God’s love is that He sent His Son, Jesus, who died on the cross for us. Why? Because God loves us and wants a relationship with us.
One day our life will end on earth. For me, I know that when that happens, that I will go to heaven where I can continue experience God’s love forever and where I too can continue to love Him for all eternity. You too can be assured of this. To learn more click the link below.
