Isaiah 45:22 Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth. For I am God, and there is no other.
A lot of times we read scriptures and gloss over the words without really thinking about what we just read. Then we wonder why our lives are in the condition that they are in..
This verse talks about us turning to God. Literally, we need to stop heading in the direction that we are going in and turn to God. “TURN” – the Hebrew word is “Panah” which means to turn, to face, to look, to prepare. This is an action word. A verb. It requires us to do something.
THEN when we act and “Turn to Me” (God) something happens. God says “and be saved”. The Hebrew word is “Yasha” which means “to be safe, to free”. He tells us the result of our obedience. I love that!!
So do what the Word says, take the first step and “TURN TO GOD“. Make it your first step and not your last option.
