What you see is a large calf inside the hay ring. Hay rings are designed to permit feeding of large round bales in a field with minimal hay loss. You place the bale inside the hay ring and the cows stand around the outside of the ring eating. BUT…
This calf wanted more so it found a way to squeeze in between the bars. Meet COW HOUDINI.
Don’t worry…Cathy was able to safely get Houdini out of the hay ring.
