1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
This past week has been filled with Highs and Lows. My nephew got married – High. One of my friends and also a family relative passed away – LOW. I’m sure you all can relate with the Highs and Lows of life.
As I read this verse it reminded me about these three individuals and their stories. My nephew has a big heart, he is always giving of his time, he positively impacts people, he cares about others and he loves his family. And now he is sharing his love with his new bride. His life is marked by LOVE. I can say the exact thing about my friend and our family relative. Their life story has a theme that revolves around LOVE. Love for family. Love for friends. Love for others. Love for God.
All three of them understood WHAT REALLY MATTERS in life and that is having a relationship with God, who is the creator of LOVE and sharing that LOVE with others. How do you want to be remembered? What is your life’s story about?
