Psalm 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.
My kids, even though they are grown, have an especially close bond with Mom, my wife. Texts and calls during the day are not uncommon. Sometimes it’s just to say “hi” and other times it’s to share something that happened at work. And if something more serious takes place, they know they can text or call Mom and she will immediately help.
Just as my wife treasures those texts and calls our Heavenly Father loves it when we reach out Him.
In Psalms, King David had such a close relationship with the Lord that he knew, without a shadow of doubt, that He would hear him and save him.
No matter what your day is like call out to your Heavenly Dad and share with Him your day. He would love to hear from you.
