GOD IS A WAYMAKER

Isaiah 43:15-16 I am Yahweh, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King. This is what the Lord says— who makes a way in the sea,
and a path through surging waters, In verse 19, God goes on and says “Look, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it? I will make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.

We don’t typically hear or use the word “waymaker” today. But it is a word and God is our “WAY MAKER”. In the Bible, there is a historic account of the Israelites at the Red Sea and behind them was the entire Egyptian army. There was no place to hide and no place to run – or so they thought. But God had a plan – He parted the Red Sea for them to escape.

So many times we think that there is no way out of a situation. In our eyes, it looks hopeless. But our God has a plan. He is our Way Maker. He keeps His promises. He performs miracles. He is our light.
