During the Summer months I have to weed-eat the cross area at least once a week. Due to the hurricane and me being gone, it has been four weeks since I last trimmed the grass and boy, was it long over due. Today, Friday September 15th, I tackled the high grass with my weed-eater. And this is where my story begins….
When I pulled out my weed-eater to begin trimming the grass, I checked the string and then I checked the fuel. The string was fine BUT I FORGOT TO FILL THE FUEL, it was less than half full. From experience, I know that it takes a full tank to trim the entire cross hill. And with grass this tall, it certainly would take more than just one tank.
But I prayed and said, “Lord, this is my giant right now. Make my fuel last so that I can trim the entire area.”
I know it sound “silly” or “weird” to ask God for such a trivial thing but I did and I do everyday. And guess what…. I TRIMMED THE ENTIRE AREA ON LESS THAN HALF-A-TANK!!!
I know…I know…you are probably thinking that I’m making it up or that the fuel was actually full but I’m not. The tank was less than half full. All I can say that what happened today was “SUPER” natural.

Thank you, Ron. I have lived here for 24 years and always drive by your field and have been so inspired by it. I am currently in a difficult divorce situation and reading the sign today made me smile! I needed to hear that “Faith can topple giants”
Beth, thank you for reaching out to us. Kim and I will definitely be praying for you. A couple of verses came to mind today and we hope that they will encourage you.
Philippians 4:6-7 and Isaiah 41:10.

Hi there! I enjoyed reading your story. I can relate to asking God for help with small things sometimes, and there’s nothing wrong with that! If you ever need assistance with weeding, I’d be happy to lend a hand. Actually, I’m happy to help with anything you need. Just let me know!
Bradley, you’re awesome! Thanks so much for offering to help. One day, we may take you up on that offer.
Have a wonderful weekend.

Of course! anytime i’ll show up!
